| The Lizard peninsula is one of the most attractive parts of Cornwall. The National Trust owns much of the coastline and there are some great walks. Port Navas Creek is part of the Helford River estuary and the apartment is only a few minutes from the sea. Falmouth is 5 miles away and has all the amenities a large town can offer. Tesco will even deliver to the door if you order online! | |

| | How easy is it to get there? | |

| The Lizard peninsula is in the far south west of the UK. The A30 to Truro is being upgraded and there are regular flights to Newquay and Exeter. There are trains and buses to Truro and Falmouth. | |

| Yes of course, but please respect your neighbours. We all know that children like to make a little noise but all we ask is that you are considerate when using the communal gardens. | |

| No sorry. This is a house rule which applies to residents and holidaymakers alike. | |

| Again I'm afraid not. So many people now want smoke-free accommodation that we can't allow smoking inside the apartment. | |

| | Are there facilities for the disabled? | |

| Access is via a short flight of stairs but the apartment itself is laid out on one level. Wheelchair users are of course very welcome though there are no special facilities for the disabled. | |

| Only that single gender groups are not allowed. Some apartments at Trewince House are occupied full time and the residents like a quiet life.....! | |
